Input and issue still appear to be a critical point for tenants. With this app we create the situation that this becomes a watertight procedure for both parties. No more doubts afterwards.
Filling out forms with a pen has long been a thing of the past, which has greatly increased the speed and accuracy of issuing and collecting. Together with the renter, we walk around the rental car to check it for any damage. A clear photo has been or will be taken of any damage that is present, which is stored in our database and which the tenant sees on the screen. A complete report is sent to the tenant's mailbox immediately after issue and linked to the rental agreement.
The renter will also receive confirmation of the condition of the car upon collection. In the event of any new damage, this will also be clearly visible on the form, including accompanying photos.
